You can search our products by treatment or by brand. Our stock is often limited as we only sell high quality equipment from established manufacturers from around the world. Once you choose a device you can either reserve it online by paying a refundable 10% deposit or you can speak to one of our representatives who can answer any questions you may have. Stock can change quickly and regularly.

CAN I HAVE A DEMONSTRATION?
We do not offer demonstrations but with our 7 day Money Back Guarantee you have even more time to ensure the device is right for your business.
ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
We price our devices as competitive as possible and are fully transparent so we do not haggle on price, the price listed is the best we can offer.
IS MY DEPOSIT FULLY REFUNDABLE?
As you don’t pay 90% of the cost for 7 days you only pay a 10% deposit. If you decide to return the device within 7 days we refund your deposit minus a restocking fee and training fee which is typically 5% or half your deposit.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCE FOR THE PURCHASE?
Yes we can introduce a third party leasing company who can offer finance and monthly payments over 3, 4 or 5 years at competitive rates.
HOW OLD ARE THE DEVICES?
In some cases they are brand new but are last years model, in other cases they may be ex demonstration devices so very little use. For some they may be 2-3 years old with varying levels of use. All are fully refurbished to manufacturers standard.
DO I RECEIVE TRAINING?
Yes, we provide on-site training for all platforms. We can also arrange full certified training courses, for Laser Hair Removal this includes Core of Knowledge: on site practical & theory, along with complete client documentation including protocols, consent forms & aftercare.
CAN I BUY CHEAPER ON EBAY OR PRIVATELY?
Possibly but they will not have undergone a 35 point check and refurbished nor will they come with warranty and training.
DO YOU DO PART EXCHANGE?
We will consider part exchanges but only from recognised and reputable manufacturers. Some unknown brands with low specifications and quality have no real value.
